Lead Consultant can come in at a specified schedule with a specific job function or engagement can be on a per project basis. There is also an option for on-call consultation only. Job Order requirements can cover people management or Consultant can come in as an individual contributor, all depending on client requirements.

Retainer Services allow companies to access our expertise only when needed at the budget they can afford without compromising the skills and qualifications they need to get the job done.
Regular Retainer Service
Regular retainer can cover a specific job function or engagement can only be on a per project basis. Client can opt for either on-site face-to-face attendance or virtual attendance via ZOOM on a Work-from-Home basis, with the latter option a little lower in cost. Should the client find the Lead Consultant charges too high, the client can opt to get a Junior Consultant that will be remotely supervised by the Lead Consultant. Jr. Consultants have a more negotiable professional fee.
On-call Retainer Service
An on-call arrangement means the Lead Consultant will make herself available for telephone and ZOOM calls of a specified number per month. The fixed monthly rate will vary based on the client's estimated number of calls and ZOOM consultations. The charge per ZOOM attendance is Php1,500 per hour and Php500 per telephone consultation up to 20 minutes.​
Junior Consultants are not available for this package as this set-up will not allow time for briefing.
Custom Retainer Packages
Packages can be designed specific to client needs and may or may not tuck in other services like White Paper Services, Research Work or Creative Services, among others. General pricing guideline is still based on the other two retainer services but availment of the other services can be tucked into the package and substantially reduced with a discount.​
Junior Consultants may or may not be engaged, depending on client requirements and budget.
