Career Summary
Eloisa served as a Marketing Director at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, where she spearheaded the institution’s rebranding initiatives and oversaw all communications, digital media and public relations activities. Prior to this, she was Head of Marketing at First Metro Asset Management, Inc. (former Metrobank Group subsidiary), where she strengthened investor confidence through compliance-aligned communication strategies, regulatory documentation and digital campaigns.
Her financial services career also includes leadership roles at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp., Security Bank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, and Metrobank/Global Bank, where she launched innovative products, drove savings growth through high-impact promotions, and pioneered one of the bank’s early phone-banking facilities. Earlier in her career, Eloisa honed her consumer marketing expertise at Universal RobinaCorporation, where she successfully launched Hunt’s Party Spaghetti Sauce —a consumer product that exceeded sales forecasts by 87% and captured 36% of category sales within three months.

Revised the Account Opening Form currently in use. Interdepartmental tasks included the following:

Revised the Terms and Conditions section to cover all legal requirements necessary to protect the company while remaining compliant to regulators and relevant investment laws.

Determined the operational prerequisites to make sure the form has all the required fields needed in account opening and that its format will facilitate the smooth execution of account opening procedures.

Screened the form for compliance to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, Metrobank Risk Team policies and Metrobank Audit rules, in coordination with the Compliance team.

Prepared the general guidelines and flowchart for complaint handling which is a major section in the Consumer Protection Manual required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This has been approved by the Board.

Managed the corporate mailbox which included: (1) Developing e-mail spiels. (2) Facilitating resolution of complaints in coordination with Sales and Operations, including regular report submission to the Metrobank Risk Management Team. (3) Monitoring of client inquiry/request/transactions resolution.
